[Netkit.users] update and isc_taskmgr_create errors

Ok, found a way:

1> use old dnsmasq package from debian etch repository:

dpkg -i libdbus-1-3_1.0.2-1+etch2_i386.deb
dpkg -i dnsmasq_2.35-1+etch4_i386.deb

2> remove /etc/rc*.d/ starting dnsmasq

unlink /etc/rc2.d/S15dnsmasq
unlink /etc/rc3.d/S15dnsmasq
unlink /etc/rc4.d/S15dnsmasq
unlink /etc/rc5.d/S15dnsmasq

Well, You have now dnsmasq and a working dig / dnslookup
