I don't see any error reports in your email, but I could reproduce
the problem and confirm that the issue lies exactly in the script
line you are mentioning. There are no missing parameters but,
instead, an extra parameter that is no longer supported in the
current version of Netkit.<br>
Just remove the "--new" from the line you are quoting and everything
should work.<br>

As a side note, please respect the following indication next time
you reply:<br>

I had seen that the Netkit main page mentions some
informations about NetML.<br>
I had also visit NetML site, tried to install and run NetML
by my machine.<br>
However, it does not work.<br>
Can any body help me?<br>

as you may have noticed, NetML is a no longer maintained
project. However, since it is based on standard
technologies, it should still work correctly (I have just
made a quick check).<br>
Have you checked the examples of usage in the instructions
