enabling the bug tracker (on SourceForge or wherever else) is trivial,
yet uneffective if we don't define a bug assignment policy, i.e.,
clarify who takes care of what.<br>
Since we wouldn't like to enable a dead-since-startup service which
nobody has time to manage and look at, we prefer to consider this step
before carrying it out and being forced to rollback. That's all about
feasibility.<br>

No feasibility studies are required. It's one check box. Maybe create a
few categories.
Is there a reason you don't want a bug tracker? It certainly isn't level
of effort.
