[Netkit.users] installing Open vSwitch in Netkit

I posted to the debian-users list, and apparently there is no kernel with
version 2.6.26.5. Indeed, this is apparently not even the versioning scheme
used by Debian. So I'm confused. Can someone please tell me exactly where to
get the necessary header files? Thank you.
