[Netkit.users] disable files for building fs

Hi,

In fs-build/ you have two files which contains entries from /etc/init.d
which need to be disabled:

- disable-system-service

- disable-service

But what are the differences between these two files ? If i need to
disable a service i've added to my fs which one to use ?
