[Netkit.users] Sniff uml_switch with wireshark or tcpdump

Hello,

We have just finish a patch for uml to dump trafic in cap format from an
uml_switch instance. Hence you can see packets from your labs in
wireshark or tcpdump without ugly tweaks.

I'va also added some scripts to use this feature in netkit.
