I'm not sure but maybe it's the /dev/shm mounting point with the option
noexec. Try "mount" command, and if you have the option noexec for the
entry /dev/shm, you need to remove the noexec option in the /etc/fstab
file and reboot, because UML needs exec rights on shared memory.
