[Netkit.users] MPLS/Linux with Netkit: LDP daemon.

Dear Charles,

it tells LDPd to run in the background (--daemon) and to listen on any
IP address (-A 0.0.0.0). The first of the two solves the "remains
blocked" issue.
You can easily check that any other Quagga/Zebra-related daemon is
started with the same options.
