[Netkit.users] Kernel Compiling for Netkit, glib problem

I compiled a kernel for netkit on a Gentoo machine.

If I try to vstart the kernel on a Ubuntu machine I get the following:

relocation error symbol __guard, version GLIBC_2.3.2 not defined in
file libc.so.6 with link time reference

I guess is because the Glib version of the two distro is different.

Is this a know problem ?
