[Netkit.users] Recompile Zebra

You should see the debian maint guide. There is also an italian translation.
You must get the source package, modify the debian scripts to include 
the option for the configure script, build it, and install the new package.
All of this must be done into the netkit filesystem (read the archives 
for instructions about changing netkit fs contents permanently).
