[Netkit.users] problemi installazione netkit su ubuntu

Salve,
sto provando ad installare netkit su  Ubuntu 5.10, ma al primo step della
procedura relativa all' unpack dei tre file, al comando "tar -xjf
netkit-2.4.tar.bz2" ricevo come risposta: "bzip2: Data integrity error when
decompressing. Input file = (stdin), output file= (stdout). It is possible
that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted. You can use the -tvv
option to test integrity of such files. You can use the 'bzip2recover'
program to attempt to recover data from undamaged sections of corrupted
files. tar: Child returned status 2.". Come mai? Sbaglio qualcosa o il file
è danneggiato? Io l'ho scaricato nella sezione download da www.netkit.org.
