[Netkit.users] New Netkit release

Dear Netkit user,

while wishing you all the best for the newly started year, we also 
inform that a new version of Netkit has been released.

Major improvements include:
- the possibility to start several virtual machines simultaneously
- the possibility to enforce constraints on the startup order of virtual 
machines
- a more flexible configuration of the labs (every parameter of vstart 
can now be used inside lab.conf)
- improvements on the lab tools (bug fixes, new options, etc.)

Please consult the changelog for a more complete list.

This release brings Netkit to version 2.4 and the filesystem to version 2.2.
