<p class="MsoNormal">- Experience in algorithms research, proven by a PhD in algorithms or another relevant discipline and by publications in leading international conferences and journals in the area.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- Experience with or enthusiasm for teaching, both at BSc and MSc level, and for supervising MSc and PhD students.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- Motivation for setting up collaborations and acquiring research funds.

<p class="MsoNormal">- Willingness to contribute to the department, for example by serving on departmental committees.
